Celebrations are in order for our in-house chef, Tommy Heaney who has recently secured his place on The Good Food Guide 2019 with his Cardiff based restaurant, Heaneys. The Great British Menu chef, created Heaneys after crowdfunding £40,000 to open up his first restaurant which has gone from strength to strength. According to The Good Food Guide, Heaney’s cooking ‘smacks of originality and flair’ and dishes ‘put a spin on the ordinary, without veering out of control.’
Here at Tredilion Park, we are very pleased to be working with such a well-respected and creative chef who will be serving first class food for our guests, from hand-crafted canapes to three-course Wedding Breakfasts. With dishes on the menu such as smoked beetroot, Pantysgawn goats cheese, berries and pistachio for starters, a main course of poached and roast Pembrokeshire chicken, leg Kiev, potato fondant and cauliflower cheese, and buttermilk pannacotta, raspberries and honeycomb for dessert, it’s clear to see why we have joined forces with Tommy.
