Following rave reviews, he was invited to appear on BBC’s Great British Menu in 2018, confirming his reputation as one of the UK's most exciting culinary talents.

Tommy has agreed to join forces with Tredilion Park to offer bespoke, handcrafted canapes before you indulge in a seated Wedding Breakfast feast for the Bride and Groom. Later in the evening, whilst you get your dancing shoes on, you can tuck in to a buffet or enjoy a barbecue on the lawn.
